The new RASC-Montreal Mentoring Programme

Dear fellow RASC members,

The Montreal Centre is finally ready to host a members-only mentoring programme for anybody needing to know more about the various aspects of our hobby. Of course, to offer a mentoring programme we need mentors, and that's where you come in.

If you have expertise in an area of astronomy that you would like to share with fellow members, you can volunteer as a mentor. All you have to do is contact me (stenson@colba.net) and let me know in what field you would like to be a mentor and how members should get in touch with you (telephone and/or e-mail). I will put your name, field of expertise and contact information on this webpage and publish the same information in Skyward. Then, all you have to do is answer questions from members when they call or e-mail you.

Fields for which we need mentors are listed below. You can be a mentor in as many fields as you want, and if you have expertise in a field not listed below, please let us know what it is and we will add it and your contact information to the list.
