About the Speaker Andrew Fazekas is a freelance science communicator based in Montreal, Canada. He specializes in the natural sciences, writing and lecturing about everything from astronomy to zoology. Andrew is currently the astronomy contributer at the Montreal Gazette introducing the wonders of the night sky to people of all ages. He also serves as Canadian correspondent at Journal of Science's Next Wave and is a Contributing Editor for Popular Science magazine.
